Ethernet I/O Module TCW220 is an Ethernet data logger for general data acquisition applications. It has 2 analog inputs, with 10-bit resolution and 2 discrete inputs. It utilizes a 1-Wire interface for up to 8 Teracom 1-Wire sensors – carbon dioxide, 0/20mA, AC/DC current, temperature, humidity etc.) The Ethernet data logger also has 2 relays with normally open and normally close contacts. All monitored parameters can be logged on a previous set time interval and/or on alarm conditions. The memory is large enough for at least 36 days with records on every 1 minute. The log file can be periodically uploaded on a dedicated server with HTTP Post. XML/JSON file, with all monitored parameters, can periodically uploaded on dedicated server by HTTP Post. Like answer server can return commands for relay’s control. This is a way for building SCADA system. The relays can be activated either remotely (WEB, SNMP, HTTP, MODBUS TCP/IP, etc.) or locally – from a status of monitored parameters. For every parameter email and SNMP trap for up to 5 recipients can be sent. Alarm alert also can be sent by HTTP Post with XML/JSON status files.

Ethernet I/O Module TCW122B-CM is a multifunctional device for remote environmental monitoring and control, designed to work in Ethernet networks. It can be managed by WEB interface, SNMP programs and user applications. The controller can be used as standalone device or as a part of data acquisition(SCADA) systems. TCW122B-CM has two relays with normally open and normally close contacts. The both relays can be activated locally – from status of monitored parameters or remotely – by WEB interface, SNMP managers and HTTP/XML API commands. TCW122B-CM utilizes special schematic for long 1-Wire interface support, up to two temperature or temperature+humidity sensors can be connected. If there is no ICMP echo (ping) for certain time, the appropriate relay is activated and this can restart the monitored device or network switch. TCW122B-WD has 2 digital and 2 analog inputs, 2 relay outputs and 1-Wire interface and it also can be used for general monitoring and control of environmental monitoring of server rooms. For every of monitored parameters – temperature, humidity, analog voltage and status of digital input, SNMP trap can be sent, if it goes outside of previously set-up range. The relays can be activated remotely (WEB and/or SNMP) or automatically from presence/absence of ping (ICMP echo request or echo replay).

Ethernet I/O Module TCW122B-RR is an Ethernet based remote relay control module that has two digital inputs and two relay outputs, with normally open and normally closed contacts. To arrange remote relay control two devices should work opposite one another – one in “client” mode and other in “server” mode. The “client” sends periodically the status of its digital inputs to “server”. As answer the “Server” returns its digital inputs status. Client-server model allows following variants: both devices are connected to Internet, with public IP addresses; both devices are connected to one LAN, with private IP addresses; “Client” is connected to LAN (private IP address) and “Server” is connected to Internet (public IP address); “Client” is connected to LAN (private IP address) and “Server” is connected to different LAN but behind router with public IP address and port forwarding.
